A word of advice: Grab the SS Sub-date 16610 while you can!!
Hi guys,
I have learnt from a very reliable source that new SS Sub-dates 16610 are not easy to find in the USA. If so, I see some kind of pattern emerging here..........the same pattern as that for the GMT-II 16710. As soon as the Ceramic version came out, the prices and demand for the 16710 shot up.......and today, ironically, the 16710 sells for at least a grand more than its SS Ceramic counterpart. Wondering if the same will happen with the new Ceramic Sub-date once the initial oohs and aahs die down. Then, all of a sudden, there will be a massive demand for the current 16610. So........might be a good idea to hang onto your present one.......or grab a new one (or even a mint one) while the going's good. Call it an intuition, but I might just be right on the button this time. Good luck all - JJ
