Is this a real Tudor Oysterdate?

I was on ebay and came across this auction for a Tudor Oysterdate. It caught my attention because I have never seen a watch quite like this with the "California Dial" and 2-tone paint on the dial. And would those type of hands be on that particular model? I just don't know that much about Tudor The listing claims that the dial has been professionally painted. I also, noticed that the band seems to look like a cheaper replacement. Did Tudor make dials like this and if they did what year range would it have been?
