Constructive criticism welcome...
Hello gents! With any "major" purchase, I spend months and months learning as much as possible about the product and my first Rolex purchase is no different.
I'm considering a purchase of one of the following: 1) DJ SS Black dial w/ Oyster bracelet 2) DJ SS Turnograph Black dial w/ Oyster bracelet I'm leaning more towards the TOG because it has a more sporty appearance and will blend well with my normal, daily attire. However, I've read several not so flattering comments on a variety of boards. In fact, a few people have said it's a "poor man's Sub" and have indicated it won't hold its value. Due to my wrist size, the 36mm looks the best which is why the DJ appeals to me. However, I need to consider long-term value as well as I don't want to buy a TOG and have the value take a nosedive in the coming years. Any thoughts or comments are welcome. Thank you for your time. |
