Rolex to Modify 14060M Sub ND !?

Last week I spotted a BNIB [V] serial 14060M Sub ND @ my AD for 4900 US$ after discount.. I really like this Sub for its simplicity/symmetric dial/lugs holes and vintage like looking Rolex.... thinking of adding it to my Rollies!

Do you think is it a fair price?
Do you think it's wise to grab one now as it's still available?
Do you think it will maintain a good reselling price after years?
Do you think Rolex will modify it soon (Max.Case& Dial/Ceramic/Bracelet..)?

Last thing.. Are for/against modifying it.. Thanks.
