Rhodia - dry paper?

I finally got a Rhodia to replace my Moleskine. Although it doesn't show any feathering and less bleeding, I find the paper to be very dry on my Pelikan (no more juicy wet lines). Does anyone else also experience this with Rhodia? Cheers,
