How to fill in a Cartier cert ?

Hi,

not sure if this is the place to post this thread, mod please move to appropriate place.

I bought a new Cartier a while back and now I want to get it valued, and for that I need the cert.

It's the Certificate Of Authenticity that looks like a book (if there's different versions). On the left hand page it says M:_____________ and on the right hand side says Serial Number & Name.

My best guess is that M: should be followed by the model name or number or something but I'm not sure.

The watch is a Cartier Santos 100 XL black with red gold.

Hope someone knows, had plans to drop it of in the morning.

Thanks
