SUBMARINER #16233? Help from the tinbin Squad
Something doesn't quite look right right here.

1. Case marking looks lik "18K"?
2. No SEL?
3. Reference number should be 16613?
4. Certificate blank with no serial or reference?

He has bids on this!!!
