Real or Fake Vintage Oyster Perpetual Serpico Y Laino?

I am interested in buying this watch because of the cool back story of the store it's from. Obviously very weary about purchasing a fake or Tudor with Rolex Dial. Anybody own a Serpico Y Laino Rolex? Anybody have an idea as to authenticity? If real what is a fair price?
