What watch(es) do you get the most compliments on?

Just got a compliment the other day on my Tissot Sea Touch. That brings me up to 3-4 in the eight months since I bought it, which is nice. By comparison though my relatively cheap $150 Fossil (orange face on steel/aluminum) brought in way more compliments back in my college days ('95-'99). One person even stopped me on the street to say nice watch back then, but ah well.

I don't have my first rolex yet, but I'm pondering getting a DJ in salmon or blue, a polar ExpII, an ExpI, or a TOG in white, blue, or black. No diamonds. Having never been a Rolex owner I'm a slightly concerned about getting "is that real?" remarks and how I would handle them. I suppose that will depend on where I am and who sees it. I tend to mix with a wide segment of the population.

That brings me to the question. What watch(es) do you get the most compliments on? And how does it typically go down?
