Watch back from serive...price?

Hi all. I recently inherited this watch from my Grandfather. He lived in Florida and when he died my Grandmother sent it to get serviced first then to give to me. So yesterday was the first time ive gotten to actually physically have the watch. It is a 1956 Oyerster Perpetual. It has a USA JB band with original bracelet. and a 1030 movt. I was just wondering about the value of this watch and if it were to be sold how much could it be sold for? I am mostly doing this for insurance reasons. I know a lot of you have a ton of knowledge so let me know anything and everything about the watch. I am very interested in learning about it. Thanks a lot.
