Can someone confirm this about the PAM 48.
Looking to get a PAM in 40 mm perhaps.. the 44 is way too big for me.

I know.. this does not go with the history but I love the cleanlines..

No dealers around me.

So question, how thick is this watch 15.5? If so.. that is pretty thick imo, any problems under sleeves??
