Perhaps one way to look at it is that the late Paneristi moderator gave a posthumous $20,000+ gift to 300 of his closest friends.
Who's not to say that these friends won't use some of the proceeds to help good causes if and when they sell their 360. This way it would properly honour this chap and turn a potentially spiteful scenario into a positive one.
