Rolex on a strap

I've been toying with picking up a strap for the ExpII for some variety. Anyone have any suggestions for a curved-ended strap that would fit? I've seen some nice deployment clasps too... how well do they work?

Finally, assuming I can't find a nice curved strap, does anyone remember that photo tutorial Jocke once posted (not here) on how to retro-fit a strap into Rolex bracelet end-pieces? Without a curved strap, that is a great way to finish the look.

Also, what can I use to take the bracelet off? Do I need a Bergeron tool?
