Rolex Crown Stem Quality

I have a couple of Subs but have really not handled much less owned very many other quality watches/brands. So here is my question. One of the things I like about my subs is that when the crown is unscrewed and wound the stem feels very strong, robust, rigid, solid and all those good things. Other lesser brands when the crown is unscrewed and twisted there is a flimsly feel as if one could easily break the crown off the stem. Anomino most recently comes to mind, the watches are nice but to me the crown felt like it was attached to a toothpick. I often find myself looking at APs, JLCs, IWC and some other brands online and know the quality of these watches is high but wonder how it feels to wind them up especially compared to rolex. Any thougths, are these other brands comparable as to feel?
