Oyster Manual Winding

Hi. I have just purchased my brand new Oyster Pertpetual Date From Rolex in Switzerland.. I have noticed that if I open the triplock after a days use of the watch into position 1, when I try winding the watch clockwise or anti clockwise there is no winding noise, it is just turning, however, when I screw the triplock back in and take it back out to position 1 the watch then starts to wind.. I was wondering what the issue could be ( if it is an issue) as it is taking away my sleep..

Any comments would be much appreciated!
