SS GMT vs. Tungsten Carbide Wedding Ring

Let's just say that while Rolex may use a better grade stainless, it sure as hell isn't anywhere near the strenghth of tungsten carbide.

The way my ring is made, the edges are very, very sharp. For example -- I can rub my fingernail across the edge and it will show visible shavings even with little pressure applied. However, if the ring rubs the skin, it feels dull; yeah, I know, hard to believe...

So, the point here --

I have to be more careful when I remove my watch because the inside is getting all scratched up by the ring. Not that it's a big deal since it [b]is[/i] the inside of the watch, but still, if they can be avoided with little effort, then I'd rather avoid them.
