Icon4 Problem With Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date .

Hi All ,
I have not worn my Rolex For About 2 Weeks so today I decided to .
I took it out of the box to wind it and set the time , I unscrewed the crown and pulled lightly , and it came out of the watch . I spoke to RSC , Its Going In Tommorow , She Said It Probably Needs a service , could anyone like Nick Explain The Problem ?

Best Regards , From Alex
