In the past, I suppose I had always considered watches as consumable products. You wear/use one until it stops working, gets ruined, etc. But now, I believe Rolexes are (for a man) like an expensive piece of diamond jewelry is for a woman. Speaking in general terms, of course.

Again (in the past), I also assumed a bit that Rolexes were for very snobbish, very wealthy, retired men. I know, that's awful. Which is why I decided to do some research into my hubby's interest in them.
