I breed horses for a living and have two plates, C6 LTY and C8 LTY, both where the numbers are meant to substitute for an "O" (0 is unacceptable as a number except as in 10, 104 etc...

My Long Haired General has A 14 ULE... With a little fiddling, it reads "A MULE".

I did see a lorry carrying Polo Ponies with something like P5 NAY on the plate, made me chuckle. That would be a few hundred quid to buy, pop it in the for sale section in Horse and Hounds and get a couple of grand for it.
