FS: Patek Philippe Ladies Reference 4931j-001

Hi everyone

I have a rather special ladies Patek Philippe that was purchased by me back in 2007 from Shreve & co. of San Francisco. The retail on this watch was $26,600 plus tax.
This watch has been worn by my girl friend maybe 5 times max. There are no scratches or dents on the gold and I would classify its condition at 95%. The band does have some wear on it but I will provide the buyer with a brand new genuine Patek replacement band in their favorite color at a cost to me of around $400.
This watch comes as if it were brand new from shreve with the outter box, the wooden patek box dust cover, the gorgeous wooden patek box ( still has protective plastics on the chrome feet), leather bound folder for the origin certificate as well as servicing guide.

I am open to modern Patek and Rolex trades.
I am happy to do face to face transactions in the San Francisco area until 9/22/11 after that I can do face to face transactions in the Phoenix Arizona area.
