Problem with my sub 16610

My brothers sub doesn't feel right. When you shake it or move it, you can feel the insides moving like something is out of place. Just like a fake rolex would feel when you slap it against your palm.

I took it to a local jeweler for a service, he took it apart and put it back together and said it didn't need a service it was too new. He just polished it real nice. Unfortunately I didn't pick it up my friend did and he didn't know what the initial problem was.

M serial. Any idea what it is. This is used as an everyday beater watch. However after this polish, the thing looks brand new. Just the fact that you can feel the movement is unbearable. Your help and advice is appreciated.
