Non-stop running of the Chronograph

Hi,

I have an automatic breitling chronomat evolution.

The watch has a small seconds hand in a totalizer, and not a big seconds hand.

The chronomat opperates in two other totalizers, and it's seconds hand is a "big" hand.

I really like the movement of the chronographs seconds hand, so I run it non-stop (synched to the watch's time).

Is it OK to do so? Or can it potentially damage the watches movement in the long term?

Thank you! :)
