Rolex 116610LN Questions

Hi I recently purchased a Black 2011 Submariner C 116610 off a second hand dealer and have noticed that :

1: the minute hand is not marking the minute every 60 seconds even though it was set whilst the second hand was dead at 12 and the minute hand was set at the begining of the minute mark. and I'm not talking about a slight misposition
but it will almost end up half way in between the second marks as it moves it self around the dial, why is this, and has anyone else had this happen ?

2: the writing underneath the ROLEX sign is very faint and it looks as if the leg from the letter R from the word OYSTER has been cut short ?

and the writing down the bottom where it says SUBMARINER is also very faint and only looks good in strong light is this normal ?
