Hello from NC
Two weeks have passed since I registered and I've been lurking and reading ever since. Lots of good information here and I appreciate it being available.
My Rolex is a 1977 TT 1601 Datejust that I've put back in action after many years of "saving" it for special occasions. Not sure what I was thinking since I wore the watch 24/7/365 back in the 90's. Got it serviced in '99 and in the drawer it went. All the time knowing special occasions are rare for me. It's been freshly serviced and back in action, like having a old friend reappear. As for other watches, what can I say? I like watches. My love of watches started when I was a child. New, vintage, complicated, simple, quartz (including digital) and mechanicals. I'll wear a watch as small as 32mm and as large as 45mm, with 36mm to 40mm being the preferred sweet spot. I look forward to posting and hope to contribute a nugget of info here and there when I can. Thanks for having me.... |
