Sub-C Arrival...Finally :)

Well, today I purchased my Sub-C 116610LN from another member of the forum. He was kind enough to drive 3.5 hours down and 3.5 hours back just to complete the transaction. Great guy, smooth transaction. "Who's Who" thread soon to come.

Anyway, last month I picked up my first Rolex, a Y serial 16610. I'm sorry to say, it fell short of my expectations. This Sub-C, however, fixes every complaint I had about the 16610. I am blown away. It's is everything I hoped the Sub 16610 would have been.

And now, the wrist shots ;) I am 5'6 with a 6.25in wrist. I always stayed in the 38.5mm range until my first 40mm Sub. I thought it fit well, but was a bit nervous about going to the Sub-C with supercase. However, I am very happy with the fit. For me, the Sub-C has phenomenal wrist presence without being over the top. Anything larger and the lugs would hang over my wrist.
