14060 Z 4 liner as straight up trade for 14060 D 2 liner

Thinking about a trade on my Z 4 liner, complete set for a D series two liner. The D is missing papers but has paperwork from RSC in NYC done in July of 2010. The Z has not been services. I prefer the two liner over four but tend to flip. Is that a bad move?

Thanks

John
