Watch Winding - Direction?
My AD gave me a complimentary Eilux 1388 watch winder. Below the winder are three settings - 1 Clockwise 2 Counterclockwise 3 Both Directions. As this is new for me, which is the best setting for Rolex automatics.

Also it says it turns for 12 mins every 2 hours....is this OK for the watch - I mean turning consecutively for 12 min!
