You're crossing time zones, Larry. There will be a point or two when you need to know what time it is at home. Ergo, the GMT is the only way to go.
If you decide to take more than one, I would make sure you complete a customs declaration before you leave. I nearly had a problem with US Customs on my way back from a Toronto GTG last November. I was carrying 9 expensive watches. I told the Customs agent I had been at a watch afcionados' meeting. He let me through but warned me I should have gotten a registration form. Next time I will do that. The form you need to complete is CBP 4457. You can find it at: http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/...t/cbp_4457.pdf. Just follow the easy to follow instructions. The only problem may be finding a customs agent. Get to the airport in plenty of time to locate one.
