Question about "transitional" 16753

Hello again!
My friend offers me a very very very low price a Rolex 16753 with serial number 6.3xx.xxx. The reason: The watch is marked 16753 on case and 16750 on caseback (seem correct) but with a 1675 dial and 1570 movement!. This wath would fit the new 3035 movement.

I read some post that explain first 16753, around 1979 and number serial 6.3xx.xxx would have the old 1570 movement because rolex used this stock movement on the new cases.
What do you think about it?

The second question is... all my vintages watches glow a little but this watch glows very very strong. I don't know if it has luminova because the index doesn't like relumed....

A few photos...
