What would you guys consider as the holy grail of Submariner?

Would it be 1680 Comex, Comex Sea Dwellers, Milsub??

Considering that NOS/Mint condition exists (what really prevents me from getting interested in Vintage is that I might end up with really rusted watch after paying a lump of money... which may be the whole point of vintage but not exactly my cup of tea)
