Hello all! I'm a former nuke machinist mate from the USS Honolulu and ever since seeing all the officers with fake submariners from our travels I always wanted to get a real one. I live and work in DC and I look forward on purchasing my first rolex soon.

I have a tiny collection of 2 Heuer's and a Luminor base.

I might just be dreaming but is there anyway that I could pick up a vintage rolex for around 3K? I've been scouring the classifieds and it's a maze. Really interested in of course the submariner as well as the GMT II and the explorer II. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
