Custom Watch bands

I have a Rolex Explorer II with a white dial. I love my watch, but honestly, I'm getting kind of bored of it. I want to spice it up a little bit. I was thinking of maybe getting a different dial installed, but thought a new band would be a better idea, and less expensive.

Does anyone have pictues of their Explorer II's with custom bands? I would love to see them. And most importantly, which is the best source for bands that will fit my Rolex? I see a lot of pictures on the forums of "NATO" bands. Where can I find them?
