Yeah, I try to "get out of Dodge" by 2pm when I'm on the other side of either, or both, tunnels.

I schedule any work, out that way, for just AFTER rush-hour in the morning.

When I say, "I'll be there just after rush-hour." to my customers, some respond with, "You mean after 5pm?"
