Cure my madness! HELP !!!

So I bought this gorgeous IWC yesterday and I love it. When I went back home I noticed a micro thin plasticy hair/lint stuck between the crystal and case. Tried tweezing it out but it was really stuck in there. Remember, this is a BNIB watch from the AD. I pulled harder and it tore leaving an ever so tiny piece stuck in there and it's driving me crazy!

Help me please. How can I fix this at home or should I return and exchange it? Or should I just grow up and live with it!?
