1575 GMT movement questions

Is there a way to tell the difference between an original 1575 gmt movement and a regular 1575 movement that has had a gmt center wheel added? Asking for obvious reasons. Need a movement for a '72 gmt case, a 1575 movement can have the center wheel changed to a 2 gear gmt wheel, and I don't think rolex marked the two movements any differently.
Any thoughts would be appreciated,
Bill
