Ok, gave my dad a explorer 1 a year ago. It is now having problems with the power reserve. So he calls Rolex NYC. to send it back in, as it is under warranty. They state they need Proof Of Purchase receipt since AD's address on warranty card is Hong Kong. WTF!! thought it was international, what does it matter if bought in HK or USA. As long as warranty had AD, date, and buyer on it. So now trying, which maybe impossible since I am not back in the USA to go through all my old paperwork, to look for old receipt.

Anyone have the address/POC for other RSC in USA. ??
