Air King 1002 $1600

I have an Air King 1002 for sale. Black dial in good overall condition on a 78350 bracelet with 557 end links. Bracelet is very tight. Serial number is 8 million. It was given to me as a gift by a jeweler for whom I did a favor. I decided that it is not for me after wearing it for a couple weeks so I got something more vintage.

My super critical evaluation is as follows:

Dial: Black dial is very nice. Has a small faint spot on it that looks almost like a water stain between the 6 and 7 markers. There are a couple other small faint spots, one between the 10 and 11 and between the 3 and the 4, less than the size of pin head. They are very hard to see and can only be seen, faintly, at certain angles of direct light. Tritium markers are slightly yellowed and look very nice.

Hands: Basically perfect with no corrosion.

Crystal: Perfect no scratches.

Case: The case looks nice. It has been polished, but the pins do not stick out and it does not appear to be over polished. There are a couple pin point type marks, maybe 3 on either side. There are no scratches on either side.

The bracelet is very tight. It may have been lightly polished at one point but it appears basically perfect with no scratches.

The caseback looks good with no marks.

Price is $1600 plus shipping. Sale is for watch only.
