Icon20 New York or Dallas Rolex Center for Sub 93153 Bracelet Repair?

I am the proud 1st time owner of a 1993 16613 Blue bezel Sub. I like the no-cyclops look. (R16613360B9315) (S/N S80XXXXX).

I am having difficulty with the bracelet as it is too tight on my wrist even with the clasp pins moved all the way out to the end.

The bracelet is a Rolex 18K/SS 93153 Bracelet with 401B End Links. It has 5 links on the inside wrist aspect and 7 links on the outside wrist aspect. It seems like one additional link is needed to make it comfortable to wear.

Q: Does anyone have any knowledge or opinion as to whether the New York or Dallas Rolex Center would be a preferred choice for either buying a link (just "north" of the End Link) and have my local jeweler install for me here or whether I should just priority mail the watch to the Center for their attention?

Thank you for any insight.
