Screw backing out in spite of loctite

I applied a bit too much loctite on a screw thread which landed on the inside of the link. The link became stiff of course which loosened up after a couple of weeks. The problem is that the screw now has backed out a little bit as it seems.

When i tightened it, it was standing on 9 and 3 o' clock. Now itīs on 12 and 6 o' clock. When i move the link i can see the head of the screw turning as well.

I donīt really feel comfortable in bringing out the screwdriver again. Do you think that i have to?
