1978 Rolex 1500 Acrylic Crystal

Hi guys,

I recently had my late grandpa's 78' Rolex 1500 overhauled for the first time in more than 30 years with a renowed local watchmaster.

The movement was serviced and the case polished. The acrylic was also replaced. But I realized something is not right with it. Take a look at the photo below and you will know what I mean. It seems that glue was used and somehow it did not reach the 10-11 o'clock area.

Is it supposed to be like that? I am intending to bring it back to the watchmaster to rectify the problem.
