504 gateway timeout

This may or may not be a problem that can be helped, but when I try to access TRF at work most of the time it will not load and 504 timeout is the result
This has been happening the past 2 months or so

Occasionally- 1 day a week I may be able to access the site

I'm not sure if work has blocked the site as there usually will be a redirect to a "blocked page" site.
