A Rolex running fast?

Hi,

I am happy owner of a Rolex GMT Master 2, which I bought around 5 years ago. I never paid too much attention, but I realized it was always a bit fast, like 5-10 seconds. I never fully analyzed, but if I don't correct it accumlates to over one minute over time.

I live in Korea, Seoul, so I went to a local Rolex shop, where the sales guy and the rest of the team insisted that this was normal for a mechanical watch. He literally said "they can never run 100% precisely, you misunderstand what is a Rolex". I got so angry, that I left the shop, but when I went to the Rolex homepage I couldn't find any way to contact them and complain about the shop.

I mean has anyone EVER heard of something like this? How can I fix my watch and then also get these guys fired? Am I missing something here?
