Advice needed on 1993 Rolex models

I'm a complete noob so bear with me... 20th wedding anniversary coming up and I want to give my husband a Rolex however am thinking of a 1993 model as that was the year we were married and it's something I think he will love. My father and grandfather wore Rolex (I think my father wore an Air King from the early 60s?). I'm a bit stumped as to what would be suitable and don't want to go into a salesroom until I've done some more research. I'm thinking possibly a Daytona or an Air King (My husband has a large wrist so Daytona is probably better? I really have no idea and apologise in advance for this.) Any advice appreciated.
