Mikki, thank you...for your kind words and wishes for our Anniversary on August, 19th and Yes, even though she wanted one and got caught up in the moment she kept a level head. I ended up being more excited about her new potential watch purchase than Pam!!!

But I did have all the answers to her questions and was able to be of assistance to Amanda, the Salesperson, who is new to Rolexes and 'Retail'. Pam, understands we bought her a watch which is considered one of being a starter watch. But she is happy(which is all that is required)and thinks it's crazy to spend this type of money(the other watches she was looking at cost $13K to just over $15K and had either Diamond Bezels or Diamond Markers on the Dial)on a "Watch".

Pam, looks at this amount of money could/would/should be better spent on new carpeting and toward repainting the inside of our home than buying a "Luxury-Type Item"(or also a nice down payment on a 'New Car'). The irony was Pam understands these were sales tactics to sell a more expensive watch and that a watch with a Date function(DateJusts, DayDates, and most Tool Watches)have a better 'Resale Value'...but what Amanda and John the owner did not understand is she will never sell her watch(like me with my GMT Pepsi)to fund a newer one when we hit the Power Ball. If we were to win the Power Ball we would just buy more of them!!!

I really and truly am lucky to have found her and love this Woman who lives her life through spiritual principles, kindness, generous, giving and a fantastic Mother to Ben. She has busted her "Butt" to help in supporting our household and has been my best friend...for ever...and of course puts up with my collecting and other Hobbies.....this gift for her is a way for me to show my appreciation for our love and relationship.....
