I showed my new YG GMT to a watchmaker friend and he told me not to use it as my daily watch. Something about hazing and the watch losing it's luster. He also mentioned that while the gold is of good quality from Rolex you can't have it polished as many times as a SS watch. He may think the watch is plated and doesn't know it's solid 18kt gold.

Should I be concerned about hazing...or whatever that is.
