I don't think the Steelfish dial is decorated or highly stylised. It is perhaps a little busy but that is Breitlings style and their bezels are subtle, whereas Rolex and Omega dials are more Spartan but their bezels are more stylised.

As for the RO yes the tapisserie is beautiful, I have one myself, I was only saying the Steelfish blue colour was more stunning than RO blue and actually reminds of tropical seas. New price of the 8500 is £4Kish, new of Steelfish was £2K, used is £3Kish and £1.5Kish, so it is pretty much double the price so the Steelfish is much better value.
