Omega Aqua Terra Annual Calendar Question
So I've been in the market for an AT Annual Calendar for a while and on my recent trip to NYC I stopped into the Omega boutique to decide on the dial and so forth. Turns out they have the skyfall blue dial just released and get this they actually LOWERED the price from 9500 to 8400. Reason given was the month and date no longer have frames around them hence less labor.
It's so strange to see lowered prices for popular models like this but then again 43mm is a rather large case to wear. I think Omega pulls it off beautifully unlike Rolex with their super size models. Which would you choose given the factors mentioned? The sales rep told me both have gold dial markings but the previous version had the gold frames as well. The movement should be the same I would think. It's either the skyfall blue or the older teak version. Thanks |
