RO/ROO scratches - inevitable?

Hi fellas,

I know there are tonnes of threads of lads complaining how the polished parts of RO's and ROO's are 'scratch magnets' but I did not know it was that bad (although I own AP's :s)

Got a brand new ROO 42mm ss recently and I have been wearing very very carefully, no contact with anything etc, but there seems to be some 'hair lines' on the bezel - is it possible that this could have happened due to my clothing? I know I havent banged it anywhere etc.

AP's are so gorgeous but so fragile in this sense :s
