Very nice piece, and a great choice that only comes with experience.

As for the steaks, this is crazy but I woke up last night at 4am feeling restless and turned on the radio. I caught the last minute of a radio interview of Heston Bluminfeld a very famous chef from Europe. He said next time you cook a steak, instead of cooking it on one side and then the other, to turn the steak every 15 seconds. He said the results will be amazing. Now I haven't tried it, but it sounds to me like a rotisserie kind of cooking without a rotisserie. Anyway that is my tip for the day.

Personally, I use the George Foreman grill and it cooks both sides at once
I unloaded the Sub C back in July for the LV. I prefer the slimmer profile for everyday use. It's the perfect everyday watch for me

The George Foreman cooks very well. We have one and use it on occasion

Mrs mailman likes her steak cooked more than I do, hence the 20 minutes. I put mine on the top rack for five minutes while hers is cooking, then throw it on the burners. Front and back burners on medium, middle burner off
