I'm not a doctor, and I don't know, but I've heard this. In Finland I don't know anyone who get's regular flu-shots. I do know a few who got the UNTESTED swine-flu vaccine.

That swine-flu is no laughing matter, it was killing a lot of people before they got it under control. They had no time to test it, so if someone is saved by the vaccine and grows horns so be it. That is better than taking a dirt nap.
